I am very proud to be selected as a finalist for Construction Businesswoman of the Year at The Great British Businesswoman Awards.
It is recognition of what ProjectPay and my team have achieved in transforming payments in the building and construction sector. Our continuing commitment and mission to right the wrong of delayed, short and no payment in the industry is particularly relevant now given the large numbers of main contractors and builders that are collapsing, having not passed on payments belonging to the small businesses in their supply chains.
Despite resistance to change in the sector, we continue to push forward to create an industry where all businesses can thrive.
